Beginning in 2014....
After completing my masters in learning and technology, I began working to solve learning puzzles for various companies. From hotel revenue to mercedes engines to insurance, I have been working in the instructional design field learning and developing my skills in designing the best learning possible. I continue to grow and learn from each of my clients and love the challenge of each project.
Project Management
I will work with your team to design a project plan to ensure project completion in a timely manner. Clear communication is important for successful projects in both development and working with stakeholders. My clients will have access to a project planning portal where they can view the project status and any updates int he project timeline. I also have a certificate in project management from google.

Articulate Rise
One of the skills lost during the pandemic is the ability to have direct conversations with each other in formal settings. Giving employee feedback in a way that is productive and encourages employee growth can be a delicate dance. This Rise course explains the SBI method of giving feedback.

A sample articulate project developed so I didn’t have to worry about proprietary info. Created to remind myself that our refrigerator is 10 years old and washing dishes by hand after running the dishwasher may be a sign to start saving.
Camtasia
During the beginning of the Pandemic in 2020, schools were scrambling for ways to work remotely with their students. Every day was a new tool or process as our district rolled out platforms and software as efficiently as they could. My responsibility was to make sure our staff was able to get the basics quickly. I was often developing training at night and then running support during the days. Camtasia was my best friend for creating tutorials in an hour or two and publish them for the staff the next day. This is a sample of one of those training videos.
